Crown seeks to appeal officer's sentence -- says police receive benefit of "two tier" justice system.
Hey, I've said this before, but now the Crown prosecution service is saying it: The courts have always seemed to have a real light touch when police officers are being sentenced.
Also, there's a legal error in the original sentence that no one else seems to have commented on...
