Partington Sentencing - Is It A Fair Result?
I previously covered the Partington decision, where a police officer was found guilty of assault on a man being arrested. With very strong credibility findings against the officer.
Well, he's been sentenced. In this video I go over the decision, and talk about whether this is fair.
