Just letting you guys know this video is being worked on, but this is a 136 page decision with a ton going on and a lot of nuance. Because it's a 5:4 split, it's also really important to talk about the dissent as well...

And to try to get all that into a video of a manageable size so people aren't falling asleep during it. So, this is a huge amount of work.
